Hassan: Condemning Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot’s decision to allow prosecution of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in connection with the MUDA scam, amid pending appeals to prosecute Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy, and former BJP ministers Murugesh Nirani, Janardhana Reddy, and Sasikala Jolla, who are facing serious charges in various cases, Congress leaders marched to Raj Bhavan alleging duplicity in matters of according sanction. Hassan MP Shreyas M. Patel and Arasikere MLA K. M. Sivalinge Gowda participated in the Raj Bhavan Chalo protest on foot from Gandhi statue of Vikas Soudha in Bangalore, alleging that some files were surprisingly expedited, while others were kept pending, which did not make sense.
