Siddaramaiah, who shared the information on X (formerly Twitter) said otherwise, injustice would be done to all aspirants. “Those responsible for the lapses in this examination have already been suspended from duty. We are committed to upholding the integrity of the recruitment process, which will be conducted responsibly so that there is no room for any loopholes,” he said. The Kannada Development Authority had asked the KPSC to explain the loopholes. Some of the candidates were unable to read the English questions in the exam as they had studied for the exam in Kannada medium. A candidate had stated that he did not even know English. This exam system of KPSC has made the candidates suspicious of malpractices. This error had caused severe embarrassment to the state government as well. A protest was held on Monday at Freedom Park in Bengaluru by the Karnataka Defense Forum demanding re-examination, in which KRV State President T.A. Narayana Gowda and others participated
