Hassan: In the aftermath of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s visit to the United States of America, and his recent statements there, Karnataka SC Morcha President and Sakleshpur BJP MLA ‘Cement’ Manju led a massive protest against the Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition on Wednesday, seeking to denounce the MP for saying that he would “cancel” reservations for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes once India becomes a “fair place”.
The Bharatiya Janata Party will hold intense protests across the state until Rahul Gandhi is disqualified as Member of Parliament, the Sakleshpur MLA said, saying he was showing his true colours as an elitist while donning the garb of a welfarist.
