The team of Kedarnath Kuri Farm at a press meet in Hassan

Hassan: Madenoor Manu, who hails from Hassan district, has acted as the lead in his first film Kedarnath Kuri Farm, which released this September.

Director Seenu Sagar, at a press meet in Hassan on Thursday, said that the movie will be released across Karnataka on September 27. He said the film is largely based on the comic aspects of rural life.

Shot in Sakaleshpur, Savandurga, and Magadi, each location features in a separate song and action sequence. The movie is brilliantly produced, and is a great watch for all, especially families, the team said.

Comedian Tennis Krishna has played the role of the father of the heroine, winning heart across the state for his sentimental portrayal. The heroine of the film, Shivani, whose first lead role it is, said that the film will give a good message to the people along with entertainment.

“Nowadays, film production is easy and correspondingly, it is difficult to attract the audience to theatres.  Movies of good taste should be encouraged by viewers. I request the people to extend their support to the film industry by coming out and watching movies in theatres,” Sagar said.

Producer KM Nagaraj, Tennis Krishna, Madenoor Manu, Shivani Amar, Harini, Siddu Mandya and others were present at the press conference.
