Hassan: A “basic to advanced Excel with Power BI for Business Insights workshop was held at the Malnad College of Engineering from November 4 to 8, 2024.
The five-day management development programme, organized by ME-RIISE Foundation and the Micro Small Medium Enterprises Development and Facilitation Office, MSME DFO, Bengaluru, focussed on developing the analytical, management and presentation skills of students.
The workshop was inaugurated by Shashi Kumar, Deputy Director, MSME DFO, Bengaluru, MCE Principal Dr AJ Krishnaiah, MCE Director Dr S Pradeep and ME-RIISE Foundation CEO and Dean (Corporate Affairs) Geeta Kiran A.
The classes included advanced working methods of Excel, Power BI tools, data visualization and management techniques.
During the closing ceremony, certificates were distributed to all participants by the MSME Department. Comprehensive practical tasks such as quizzes and assignments were conducted during the programme.
The workshop concluded successfully and the participants expressed their readiness to implement the skills in their career, going forward.
The ME-RIISE Foundation has thanked all those who helped in making the programme a grand success.
