Vijaya parents sure got talent, and this is how…

Hassan: “Keeping children always cheerful will help in their all-round development,” Vijaya School teacher Seethalakshmi has said.

Congratulating parents who participated in a special competition called ‘Vijaya Parents Got Talent’ organized at Vijaya School in the city, she called upon parents to introduce their latent talents to the outside world and be an inspiration for the all-round development of their children.

She appreciated the school management for organizing such a programme, where everyone’s potential is given an opportunity to actualize. The founder-director of the school, Tara S. Swamy, said that when parents participate in such competitions, the first to be happy are the children.  “It is the children who motivate parents to participate in any competition and cultural events,” she added.

Vijaya School has been providing an excellent platform regularly to bring out the talents of children, teachers and parents and they should make good use of it, she said.

Hundreds of parents participated in the ‘Rangoli for parents’ event, and singing and on-the-spot greeting card making competitions on the occasion.

School Principal Nandisha KS and staff were present in the programme.
