Hassan: Navkis Engineering College, Hassan, on Saturday organized a meeting of alumni in a tribute to the spirit of nostalgia.
Principal Dr. Venugopal Rao, in a message for the current students, said that they should take the guidance of their parents in life to become good citizens.
“It is natural for us all to make mistakes at a young age. But those who shape their lives should be seen as role models in society. Also, considering their difficult circumstances, they should contribute something to society as well. Their contribution should be beneficial to society and must make a mark for themselves in the process as well,” he added.
On the occasion, alums shared their experiences of life after graduating from the institution.
Dean of the college, Dr. Pada Markande, Programme Coordinators Dr. Meghana Rakesh, Dr. Babita Jain, Dr. Pratap Kumar, Dr. Vishwanath, Dr. Mahantesh and Dr. Vinay Kumar were present. Other faculty members and students also participated.
